Dominic Schilt, President

Dominic has over 40 years of experience in the IT Services industry.  He had been a partner at several IT staffing and consulting firms before founding the company in 1988. Through Dominic’s leadership, RiverPoint has become a stable force in the IT staffing sector, consistently delivering the right people to meet challenging client demands. He has a sharp eye on growth opportunities and expense control, recruiting talented team members and employing an experienced and expert management team. He stresses the importance of client centric focus when seeking solutions for RiverPoint’s clients: RiverPoint’s success is derived from our clients’ success.

Eric Freberg, Vice President of Operations

Eric brings 25+ years of sales, sales management and operations management to RiverPoint. Eric helped open the Kansas City office and has worked in all phases of the office. He is currently responsible for providing leadership and vision to enable the Kansas City team to achieve their goals. Eric manages all aspects of the Kansas City P&L, develops sound business strategies that provide solutions for RiverPoint’s clients. Eric believes building trust and credibility with both clients and employees is the foundation of RiverPoint’s success.

Eric is a graduate of Kansas State University.

Tracey Covella, Senior Technical Recruiter

Tracey began her recruiting career in 1995.  Most of that experience has been in Technology, but she has also recruited Professional Services, Construction, Science & Engineering, Accounting/Finance and Healthcare.  Tracey has worked in the Virginia, Maryland & Washington D.C. market, Atlanta metro, Columbus, OH and Dallas/Fort Worth before relocating to Kansas City in June 2016.  Tracey is a new addition to the RiverPoint Group and is excited to represent us to candidates and clients alike.

Kerry Helmuth, Senior Account Manager

Upon graduation from Kansas State, Kerry began her career with Enterprise Rental.  She was promoted quickly through the ranks, landing as Group Manager of the Car Sales Division of South Texas.  Relocating back home to KC, she began her RiverPoint career in 2001.  She was an integral part of the company’s growth, developing the largest client relationship to date.  Deciding to exit the corporate world in late 2007, she successfully supported her daughters pursuit of a Div 1 Volleyball scholarship, served on volunteer Boards and vigorously pursued hobbies including tennis, interior design and full home renovation.  Returning to RiverPoint in 2017, Kerry is proving to be the valued, proactive partner RiverPoint clients expect.

Dan, Moberly, Senior Account Manager

Dan has 25+ years of sales and marketing experience and was a small business owner for 19 of those years. Dan has spent his entire career building and maintaining long-term relationships with his clients. As a Senior Account Executive at RiverPoint, he works with both the client and the candidate throughout the entire hiring process. Dan says his favorite part of the position is hearing the excitement in the candidate’s voice when they receive an offer. Dan graduated from Mizzou, is a father to 3 kids and can usually be found on the water fishing in his free time.

Mike Sheridan, Senior Account Manager

Mike has over 30 years of Information Technology experience.  He began his career at RiverPoint in 2006.  Prior to a being in sales, Mike spent nearly 15 years developing business applications as a Programmer/Analyst, Systems Analyst and Project Manager.  His experience implementing business systems allows Mike to work with his clients to develop the right staffing plan to complete projects on-time and on-budget.  Mike has also worked as a Technical Recruiter and Consulting Staff Manager.  Mike is a graduate of the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.

Becky Maresco, Senior Technical Recruiter

Becky Maresco is a senior IT Recruiter specializing in full life cycle recruiting.  Having worked for RiverPoint Group since 1997, Becky holds a successful track-record in networking, sourcing and placements of quality candidates. 20 years of IT Recruiting, coupled with a vast network of contacts, Becky has been a strong support to RiverPoint’s account management team.

Desiree Ponton, Administrative Assistant

Desiree has been the Administrative Assistant for over 10 years. Desiree works with new employees to help guide them through paperwork, insurance, 401k, payroll, time reporting and more.  Desiree believes the onboarding process for new employees of RiverPoint should be as simple and easy to navigate as possible.  Desiree’s favorite part of her role at RiverPoint is bringing in & helping new employees.  Desiree loves working at RiverPoint because she feels RiverPoint is not just another company, but rather a family of professionals who each play an important role and work together to lift each other up to make life better for everyone.

Laura Goldin, Senior Technical Recruiter

Laura is a Mizzou graduate with several years of customer service, sales, and marketing experience who joined the RiverPoint Recruiting Team in 2016. The most rewarding part of her job is to help others explore what the marketplace has to offer and uncovering opportunities that takes them another step forward on their career path.

Anthony Schilt, Business Development Manager

Anthony has 6 years of sales and recruiting experience. After recruiting technical consultants for one year, he transitioned into the business development and client management role. He enjoys building long term relationships with clients, as well as identifying, and helping to resolve their needs and challenges. The most fulfilling parts of the job are making sure the client is happy, helping them find the best people, and helping candidates find their perfect career.

Donna Borden, Human Resources Manager

Donna developed the Human Resources Department and has been the HR Manager for over 20 years.  She continuously maintains and improves the company’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, benefits, and practices. Donna believes that assisting employees and making a direct positive impact is the most rewarding part of the job.

Laura Karsina Accounting/Payroll Manager

Laura has been an employee for over 20 years.  Laura prepares financial reports for management, and all functions of accounts payable and receivable. Laura analyzes, prepares and inputs payroll data on a semi-monthly basis.  She is dedicated and committed to accuracy in all transactions.  As the Payroll Manager, she works closely with human resources when necessary to make both employees and management receive the utmost attention and satisfaction.  Laura is a graduate of Benedictine University.  In her spare time, Laura can be found hiking and volunteering at the county animal shelter.  She also enjoys music and time with her husband, family, and friends
